Custom trade show displays are an investment. If your company is still weighing out options for your new display, or you’re a brand new startup, a rental exhibit may be a better option for you. show site logistics

Diers has installation and dismantle teams across the country and world to take on all of your show site logistics. Our team will meet you at the show and complete the full install of your booth before the show opens. And then return at the end of the show to safely dismantle your booth. This team will also take care of the show decorators paperwork and shipping information.

Your booth property will be safe in our hands!

maintenance & storage

We take pride in our dedication to excellence. After the show close, you can ship your booth back to our warehouse to be stored. When we receive the booth we will take inventory of all booth pieces, and then repack the booth, and move it safely to storage. If we encounter any damages or missing pieces we will report those to you. We have temperature controlled storage facilities all over the country. Contact us today for our storage locations.

Event Cloud Management

Clients who choose to warehouse their exhibit materials at Diers Exhibits now have the ability to access our on-line event & exhibit inventory management system. This system allows you to organize all of your events. It includes areas for a calendar of events with show information, staff information, event budgeting, resource tracking, exhibit inventory ordering and event ROI reporting. We even catalogue, describe and photograph every item you have in the warehouse for on-line access at any time.
